You retain ownership of your Contributions, but you are solely responsible for them.

Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Legal Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Before initiating any legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting one another in writing.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue legal remedies in the courts of the State of New York.



12. CORRECTIONS

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.



13. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Donna Cornell Enterprises does not guarantee employment, job placement, interview offers, salary increases, business success, or specific career outcomes.

Any coaching, consulting, educational materials, digital products, or guidance provided through the Services are for informational and educational purposes only.



14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.



15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Donna Cornell Enterprises and its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services;
  • Your violation of these Legal Terms;
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights.


16. USER DATA

We may maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for purposes related to performance, analytics, communication, and operation of the Services.

Although we perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for your own data and information.



17. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

By using the Services, sending emails, and completing online forms, you consent to receive electronic communications from us.

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
