I met Donna at a networking event. The poise and confidence she carried herself with was impressive to say the least. Donna invited me to work on a project that she was involved with. Right away Donna demonstrated the leadership skills I respect and admire. She could get things done and utilized the team’s strengths and welcomed collaboration from the group. I also had the opportunity to discover her community minded side. She has given herself to others and the community out of the goodness of her heart with no thought to public acknowledgement. Donna continues to be a female leader in the community to admire and emulate. I am very lucky to have the opportunity to know and work with her.
